Directory of Sample Survey Software (CHANG)
This directory contains the current version of the educational sample survey program SURVEY. Also available are compiled versions for the Macintosh. These files are ASCII text. For a description of this program see American Statistician, 46 (1992), 232-237.

Directory of statistical software for tectonic plate reconstructions (CHANG)
This software is described in Kirkwood, Royer, Chang, and Gordon, "Statistical tools for estimating and combining finite rotations and their uncertainties", Geophysical Journal International 1998, as well as more recent software for plate reconstructions.

 

Postscript printing instructions: Unless otherwise noted, all files are postscript. On a UNIX system, they can be printed using a lpr command. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE FIRST TWO CHARACTERS OF THE FILE BE %!.

On a Macintosh, postscript files can be printed using the LaserWriter Utility, or its predecessor, the LaserWriter Font Utility. The current version of the LaserWriter Utility can be downloaded by anonymous ftp to ftp.support.apple.com.
